Our representative will meet you at the main port entrance gate. Due to port regulations and security procedures, pick-up cannot be provided inside the cruise terminal or dock area.
If your cruise line offers a complimentary shuttle to the city, we’re happy to meet you at the designated shuttle stop instead — Inka Market, Plaza Cívica, Larcomar, or any other official point your ship communicates. Please share these details in advance so we can coordinate your arrival.
In case of changes to your vessel’s arrival schedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your shore excursion accordingly.
