Pick-Up Location & Port Regulations
Cruise ships usually provide shuttle transportation from the docking area to the Main Door of Callao Port (APM Terminals). The transfer from the dock to the main entrance takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Vehicles are not allowed inside the port. We can only wait at the Main Door of Callao Port (APM), located at: Av. Guardia Chalaca 191, Callao – Peru

The main entrance of Callao Port is a busy operational area. While not inherently unsafe, surrounding areas of Callao are not recommended for independent exploration.
APULLAY TOURS is not responsible for missed boarding due to incorrect or last-minute changes made by the cruise company.
Payments and Refunds
All prices published on our website are final and clearly displayed before completing the reservation. No additional charges or commissions are applied for credit or debit card payments.
However, in the event of a refund, a 5% fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. This is because payment processing platforms charge a commission (approximately 5.4%) upon receiving the transaction, and these fees are non-refundable to our company.
No-Show Policy
If the Client does not attend the scheduled tour or service and fails to notify us prior to the official start time, the booking will be considered a “No Show.”
In such cases, the service will be deemed fully rendered, and therefore:

Required Documentation
We require each passenger’s passport number to issue official invoices and comply with Peruvian tax regulations and mandatory commercial declarations. All personal data is handled confidentially.
For safety reasons: Pick-up is coordinated in advance. Our staff will wait at the confirmed meeting point. Passengers should remain in designated safe areas until meeting our team.
