A driver meets you at the arrivals exit at Jorge Chávez airport and takes you straight to your hotel, or picks you up in time for your departing flight. We track your flight and you have 45 minutes of waiting time included from landing. One flat fare per vehicle, with no per-passenger charge.

When you book, give us your flight number: we use it to adjust your pickup time if the flight runs early or late.

Heading to the airport, we suggest leaving your hotel 4 hours before an international flight and 3 hours before a domestic one.

How to give us your address

Important information

Your driver enters 15 to 20 minutes after your flight lands, and that is deliberate: immigration usually takes about an hour at international arrivals, and collecting luggage around 30 minutes at domestic ones. Entering later means the 45 minutes the airport parking covers are enough for you to come out, with no surcharge. If you take longer, the parking excess applies, based on the size of the vehicle, paid to the driver in cash.
