We plan the day around your ship and bring you back to Callao with ample time.

Tip: share your ship’s name and arrival time when you book so we can follow its schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Where do we meet?

At the main entrance of Callao Port, Gate 3 (Aduana Marítima, Av. Guardia Chalaca 191). If you take your cruise line’s shuttle, we can meet you at the shuttle stop instead.

Will I be back in time for my ship?

Yes. We plan every shore excursion around your ship’s schedule and bring you back to Callao Port with ample time before departure.

How much does it cost, and what is included?

You choose between three ways to do the same route, from 2 travelers up. Share the day: US$125 per person, the same price from 2 to 12. Private, just your party: US$155 per person for 2 to 3, US$140 for 4 to 6 and US$135 for 7 to 12, so the more of you travel, the less each one pays. Private, with friends from your ship: the same scale. You book today with US$25 per person and the rate drops as passengers from your ship join you; the list closes four days before departure. In all three options the price already includes pickup and drop-off at Callao Port, an official guide in English and Spanish, air-conditioned transport, entrance tickets to Pachacamac and to the San Francisco Catacombs, lunch, and bottled water or a local treat. No hidden fees, no compulsory tips, and free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour.

What if my ship arrives late or changes its schedule?

Write to us as soon as you know and we will move your excursion to the new time at no cost; with cruise guests we are flexible and can start later. We plan the day around your ship schedule and bring you back to Callao Port with ample time before departure. If you prefer to take your cruise line shuttle into the city, we can meet you at the shuttle stop instead of Gate 3.
