Our private driver meets you at Jorge Chávez International Airport and takes you straight into Lima’s UNESCO-listed Historic Center, where your guide is waiting at Plaza San Martín. Will you take me back to the airport?
Yes. When the tour ends we take you wherever you need: back to the airport for your next flight, or to your hotel in Miraflores, San Isidro or Barranco. The private vehicle stays with you the whole time.
What do I do with my luggage?
You do not have to leave it anywhere. Your luggage travels with you in the private vehicle throughout the tour, in our driver’s care while you walk with the guide.
How long a layover do I need?
We recommend a layover of at least 6 to 7 hours. Getting out of the airport takes about 50 minutes between immigration and baggage, the tour runs 4 h 30 from pickup to drop-off, and you still need to add the check-in time for your next flight. If your layover is shorter, write to us with your times before booking and we will check it with you.
How long do you wait at the airport?
Our driver enters 15 minutes after your flight lands and the rate covers 45 minutes of waiting, that is up to one hour from landing. If immigration and baggage take longer, the extra parking is charged separately.
Can I change the start time?
Yes. Because this is a private tour, the start time is adjusted to your flight once we coordinate it with you. Write to us with your flight number and arrival time and we will build the tour around your layover.
